1. Santa Eulalia

Something of an institution on the Barcelona shopping scene, Santa Eulalia is a boutique clothes store which stocks a range of high-end designs and fashion labels. Located on the prestigious Passeig de Gracià boulevard, the store has been serving Barcelona’s most discerning shoppers since 1843 and is considered one of the most exclusive boutiques in town. When you’ve found the perfect outfit be sure to visit its champagne bar for a well-earned treat.

BOO

A fashion-focused concept store specialising in European designer labels, BOO offers an eclectic mix of clothes and accessories for men and women. Their focus is on timeless pieces that you can wear over again, with pieces by established brands as well as emerging names. The store is welcoming and stylish, with vintage furniture and paintings on the wall giving it a warm, home-like feel.

2. Bulevard Rosa

A mini-shopping centre located on the Passeig de Gracià, Bulevard Rosa is home to over 100 independent stores and clothing labels. In business since the 1980s, it’s an ideal place to discover lesser-known brands and find something a little different to add to your wardrobe. There’s everything from clothes, accessories, jewellery, shoes and interior decoration objects, with prices ranging from affordable to high-end.

Born and raised in Chile, Jaime Beriestain is a successful interior designer who has collaborated with some of the biggest names in Barcelona. His store stocks everything you need to transform your home and give it a designer touch – and there’s even an in-house café so you can grab a snack while you shop.

4. Systemaction

A home-grown fashion brand with a distinctive Mediterranean feel, Systemaction produce 90% of their garments in Spain and are based almost exclusively in Barcelona, with only a handful of shops in outside Catalunya. Their clothes are made to last using a range of materials with a preference for natural fabrics and colours. This is a great place to shop for local fashion at mid-range prices that will add a touch of Barcelona style to your wardrobe.

Zara

A staple of the Spanish high-street fashion world, Zara has to be top of your list for affordable, on-trend clothing. There are a number of stores in Barcelona, including a large one on Passeig de Gracià and one on the nearby Rambla de Catalunya. The clothes range from casual, easy-to-wear outfits to something more unusual for that special occasion.
