Situated in an old finca (farmhouse) raised high up on the rocks, you’ll find stunning views over the sea and cala (cove) from the terrace. Aside from being an excellent spot to enjoy a drink and bask in the sun, Es Vergeret is also an outstanding restaurant, offering all manner of Spanish and Mallorcan classics. Their specialty is widely considered to be the delicious paella dishes made to order and the perfect size for sharing.

2. Gran Folies Beach Club

The location of Gran Folies Beach Club is outstanding: located at Cala Llamp, a gorgeous cove in the west of Mallorca, this popular spot is a classy beachfront bar restaurant. If you’re planning a visit around a mealtime, particularly lunch, try and book ahead as it can get very busy. However, the crowd doesn’t take away from the ambience, and the friendly staff remain as such, even when there are several large groups present. Treat yourself to a cocktail and maybe even a massage or a dip in the pool.

Mood Beach Bar in southern Mallorca is one of the top recommended beachfront bar-restaurants on the island, and it’s easy to see why. The panoramic views across Palma bay are spectacular, and with both indoor and outdoor facilities you can either soak up the sun or enjoy some champagne on the terrace.
