Fashion and Lifestyle Bloggers from Ibiza to Follow

For decades Ibiza has been synonymous with a Boho-chic aesthetic that reflects the free-spirited, hippy-infused ethos of the island. But there’s a lot more to this Balearic style-magnet than just floaty kaftans and ethnic accessories, with the next generation of fashionistas bringing new ideas and inspiration to the scene via their blogs. Here are some of the hottest ones to follow this year.

Jessie May Young (@jessiemay_bohemianbond)

Jessie May Young posts about her wardrobe and often envy-inducing life in Ibiza, as a hair and make-up artist, and mother of three (soon to be four) kids. With Ibiza tips and stories from her and others on the island, and across the world, the blog has a lot of good content, and the opportunity to shop for her (and her incredibly well dressed kids’) Instagram looks.

On Ibiza Clouds (Natalia Aestene)

Natalia’s Instagram feed has an impressive 33.9k followers, and is mostly fashion based, showing her photographed in picturesque spots around the island, wearing various of her (mainly Ibizan) collaborators’ designs. The blog, also gives insider tips on Ibiza, lists best beaches, restaurants, bars, and markets, and has posts about Ibiza’s history as well as the obligatory fashion and beauty stuff.

Ana Lui (@analuiphotgraphy)

Ana Lui is an Ibiza based wedding and lifestyle photographer, who unusually in this digital age, shoots on film (to beautiful effect). Her website showcases her stunning images of interiors , food, and architecture along with people and weddings, while the blog also has accompanying interviews and articles. Her Instagram feed gives a tantalising glimpse into her life in Ibiza, and her work on the island and around the world.

Giada Forneris

Giada Forneris’s Ibiland blog and photographic project takes you on a journey through Ibiza, aiming to show sides of the island that people are not generally aware of. Her Instagram feed is selfie-free (though nonetheless full of smiling images of the blogger) and shows an eclectic and often seemingly random array of photographs of life in Ibiza.

Sacha Sussli (@shecansee)

This Ibiza based photographer has a flamboyant and colourful Instagram feed that perfectly captures the bohemian hedonism of the island’s party life (as well as some incredible pictures from Burning Man Festival in Nevada). There are playful portraits and group shots of people in costumes, wigs and all kinds of get ups, at parties and festivals that you immediately wish you were a part of.

Ibiza Boho Girl

This blogger is not actually from Ibiza, or even living there, but as the name suggests, this incredibly successful fashion blog is inspired by Ibiza and its bohemian tendencies. With over 200k followers, the colourful Instagram feed is a vision of boho-chic, with beading, tassles, feathers and embroidery on pretty much every outfit photographed, as well as shots of interiors and camper van inspiration. The blog itself is brimming with travel ideas, wanderlust stories, and fashion tips in line with the bohemian hippy aesthetic, as well as links to retailers selling the kind of outfits photographed.

Vanessa Breuer (@vanessabreuer1)

German model Vanessa Breuer lives in Ibiza with her husband and two kids, and though her Instagram posts talk of the lack of sleep her kids are causing her, the pictures certainly don’t reflect it. It’s the kind of feed that makes parenting and island life look like a bohemian fantasy come true, and will either have you desperate to ditch your city life and run off to Ibiza, or convince yourself that it can’t possibly be real.
