Palkin

Restaurant, Russian, European

Palkin is a historical restaurant, taking its roots from Russian restaurateur dynasty of Palkins. Opening their first bar in 1785, the business was going through good and bad times, until when in 1990s there was a chance to restore century-old traditions in the place which is now open on Nevsky Prospect. A great choice to try some Russian dishes you won’t get a chance to taste anywhere else.

Marcelli’s

Restaurant, Italian

Marcelli’s menu is based on the classics of Italian cuisine, and all dishes are prepared from natural products. The concept of the restaurant is excluding any pre-cooked products, synthetic additions etc – even all pasta is handmade there. In summer, they also have a great outdoor terrace on the street.

For those who aren’t sure which cuisine they want to try today, Biblioteka is the answer. Occupying the space on several floors of the building on Nevsky, Biblioteka offers a variety of tastes and cuisines: European, Asian and Russian dishes are mixed there naturally in a great and tasty fusion.
