This lounge restaurant is the first in Russia belonging to the international project Buddha-Bar. Flying Dutchman is a restaurant complex located at the historical copy of Dutch ship of 1748. The ship is located on the Neva river, offering the stunning view on St Isaacs Cathedral, Hermitage, Peter and Paul Cathedral and Vasilievsky island. The space is separated into several restaurant zones, where guests can always find an option depending on their wishes: “Provance” is great for breakfast and coffee; “Hermitage” is the most romantic hall with panoramic view; “Porto” is offering a great selection of seafood dishes; and “Veranda” is open during warm months, inviting guests to the beautiful outside space.
Noodles from Singapore + sushi from Tokyo + dim sam from Hong Kong means authentic dishes from three cities which form the name of the restaurant and are the foundation of the restaurant’s menu. Sintoho is inviting to the atmosphere of contemporary Asia with its lush and stylish design. The restaurant is offering some of the best in St Petersburg sushi and sashimi as well as the huge teppanyaki space.
The restaurant “EM” is open five days a week and is offering a truly unique concept: Everything, from bread to coffee, is prepared in the AGA oven right in the restaurant space. Every day the chef, Olesya Drobot, offers “curated dinners” to restaurant dinners, creating true culinary masterpieces. Guests can observe the process of food preparation and even communicate with the cooks due to an open kitchen.
The restaurant Europe, located in Grand Hotel Europe, is one of the most famous fine dining restaurants in St Petersburg. For many years, the restaurant has a reputation as one of the most luxurious ones in St Petersburg. It was also the first restaurant with electric lights in Russia back in time. The list of famous people who have visited is pretty impressive: from queen Elizabeth II to president Vladimir Putin, from Feodor Chaliapin to Elton John. Currently the restaurant is offering daily breakfasts, dinners from Monday to Saturday, with live music on Saturdays and brunch “Imperial” on Sundays.
This restaurant prides itself as one of the top restaurants of Italian cuisine in St Petersburg. Located in a romantic corner on Krestovsky island, just by Swan Lake, it is the perfect setting for a romantic date. The fine dining cuisine is represented by Michelin-star chef Vincenzo Verdozza. The menu of the restaurant is based on the best of the best Italian recipes from different regions, topped up with almost 1,000 wine varieties to choose from.
