German-born chef Willie Wuger has crafted a mouthwatering selection of dishes, with house favourites including his seafood ravioli in a vermouth cream sauce and the rack of lamb with thyme jus and gratin dauphinoise.

Located inside the upscale Anantara hotel, this restaurant has a thoroughly modern feel with contemporary furnishings and dishes that look like works of art. The veal tartare, Rossini beef with potato truffle puree and melt-in-the-mouth, salted caramel-infused creme brulée are among the highlights. On the drinks front, there’s an extensive list to choose from and in 2019, Emo was included in the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards.
