The Best Places to Stay in Białowieża, Poland
Białowieża is one of the easternmost villages in all of Poland and acts as a gateway to two major places. Firstly, the stunning Białowieża National Park, which is a UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site and often cited as ‘Europe’s last primeval forest’. Secondly, the village is a mere 1.5 kilometres from the Belarus border and makes for a welcome first stop-off point in Poland for overland tourists.
