Baumwipfelpfad Schwarzwald gives the entire family the chance to bond closely with nature and enjoy a perspective of the gorgeous expanse of the Black Forest that is impossible to imagine from the ground. The wood and steel trophy-like structure tilts and twists upwards, inviting travelers to walk along its boardwalk to reach the 130-foot (40-meter) viewing tower. The Fautsburg

Ruins of the 11th-century Fautsburg Castle perch on an elevated ridge between the two rivers Kleine Enz and Enz, hidden away in the dense vegetation of the Black Forest. While the original residential quarters, walls, moats, gates, and courtyard have succumbed to time, the tower still stands proudly. This small castle was used as a secret abode and later as a quarry, and still has a mysterious charm. Travelers can hike to the Fautsburg from Rehmühle, Hünerberg, and Meistern, along well-marked pathways.

The Hohloh Mountain is located just outside Bad Wildbad, near the mountain hamlet of Kaltenbronn, and boasts an observation tower at a height of 3,320 feet (1,012 meters). From here, visitors enjoy an uninterrupted panorama of the Murg Valley, Palatine Forest, Odenwald, and Swabian Jura.
