Espace Croix Baragnon – Salle Bleue

Art Gallery, Theater

Espace Croix Baragnon – Salle Bleue is a modern, contemporary gallery. The beautiful space is split into three sections: The ground floor is designed as a gallery meant for viewing art exhibitions. The second floor, known as the Blue Hall, is a music venue that frequently hosts concerts of a multitude of genres, especially classical. Finally, the third floor acts as a residence for young Europeans visiting Toulouse for a short period of time. These guests are artists, and you can peruse the space as though it’s a gallery and view their works while they are in progress. This Toulouse gallery is a hub of cultural activities; be sure to look into workshops and courses available. Topics include pottery, drawing, ceramics, painting, sculpture and more.

BBB Centre d’Art

Art Gallery

For the past 20 years, BBB has been an active resource and support centre for artists of all kinds, both experienced ones and novices. Through education and cultural activity programs, the community centre aspires to make us question the world around us and connect us all through art. The gallery showcases art from emerging artists, giving them a safe space to share their work. BBB is very nurturing and offers information and training so that artists may continue to grow and learn through every stage of their process. BBB Centre d’Art partakes in the annual art festival, along with providing guided tours of the facility and offering workshops and classes to those interested in plastic and visual contemporary art. The centre believes that participation and engagement from the public are essential to the creative process, so don’t hesitate to pop in and explore.

Galerie des Carmes

Art Gallery

Enter through the blue door of Galerie des Carmes and discover an art oasis. Here you can check out paintings, sculptures and photographs from numerous artists, many of whom frequent the gallery themselves, allowing for enriching conversations between the artists and the audience. If you don’t speak with the creator about their work, talk to the friendly staff. They have knowledge of each and every piece and are excited to share with you. Ask them about available workshops where you can try your own hand at making art; if you’re confident enough, you can even rent out the gallery and manage the sale of your works, just like the other artists.
