Shakti

Shakti was set up in 1992 by Jean-Marie Perreand remains one of Montpellier’s most popular yoga studios. This one is for those interested in the teachings of yoga, going more in-depth with training workshops covering yoga practice (according to Bks Iyengar), the pedagogy of teaching, therapeutic aspects of yoga, anatomical and physiological basics concerning the body, and mind-centring. English and Spanish are spoken here, too, so if your French isn’t at a level to follow a class, no problem.
