For the best party in town, there really are few better spots than La Folie Douce, a place that brings Ibiza-style festivities up to the mountains. With a restaurant serving great food along with superb bars, daily live shows, and fantastic music, all in a fun, chilled atmosphere, this is a brilliant establishment to blow off some steam.

Dick’s Tea Bar

With a warm and inviting atmosphere, Dick’s Tea Bar is the kind of place that skiers will wander into for a quick snack in the afternoon and be so enthralled by its charm that they stay until the early hours. This bar serves a range of comforting hot drinks, such as hot chocolate and mulled wine, as well as refreshing cocktails, complemented by some delicious bites to eat. The night’s entertainment is cool and professional, with live in-house musicians and a professional DJ, followed by a seriously fun night club later on.

For a simply great rave bursting with a buzzing energy, La Doudoune offers a brilliant, all-night experience beneath the slopes. With a fantastic program each night, including a range of guest DJs, awesome sound systems and light effects, not to mention the good drink selection, this club transports guests to a psychedelic, electronic world that might even make you forget you’re in Val d’Isère for the snow.

Le Graal

For those in search of an unpretentious, personal atmosphere, Le Graal offers a great clubbing experience. Their fantastic Sunday nights make them one of the few LGBT-oriented clubs in Val d’Isère and adds to the overall feel of a friendly, hospitable establishment. As well as a good selection of drinks at the bar, especially of note are its superb burgers served all night.

Le Petit Danois

A lovely pub-style venue, Le Petit Danois is a great place both for a delicious, relaxed pub lunch and a great nighttime party, featuring fantastic live music and DJs. The wonderful food includes delectable wraps, generous salads, and brilliant burgers, along with a good range of hot nibbles. The bar is no less impressive, with unusual drinks such as toffee vodka as well as a comforting, boozy hot chocolate.
