Flowers, lakes and cool mountain air come to mind when you think of Dalat, nestled in the rugged hills of far northern Vietnam. This is where French colonists built villas to escape the Saigon heat, and the accommodation takes inspiration from that legacy. It ranges from colonial-era mansions to massive contemporary hotels, most offering access to both the dining and shopping opportunities Dalat has to offer, as well as the abundant nature that surrounds it.
