In the past half-century, they’ve taken the traditional apartment and styled it up afresh, adding restaurants, bars and rooftop pools. Whether you want decor worthy of a magazine spread or street-food stalls on your doorstep, we’ve hunted down the best apartment stays in Vietnam – from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City.
