Dubai’s first floating market

With that in mind, BEYOUland is bringing its most unique market to date to Dubai. For fans of spots like Souk Madinat Jumeirah and the Gold and Spice Souks, this market will bring a whole new shopping experience to Dubai. This market, located in the Dubai Creek and anchored at Al Seef, will float over the waters of one of the most important historical places in the city.

The market will be composed of 17 boat-like boutiques, inspired by the traditional abra, a type of wooden boat that is used up until this day to take people across the creek. For those worried that the Dubai summer will reduce the floating market’s business, not to worry, the boat-boutiques will be refrigerated with air conditioning so shopping in the market will be a pleasant experience year-round.

The venue will bring together local and international brands, which will be focused on art and fashion, as well as boats dedicated to food and beverages. BYOUland is expecting around 9 million visitors in the market’s first year alone, encouraging vendors to secure a spot in the market as soon as possible.
