Though located in a less convenient area than its counterparts, Think Tank makes up for its remoteness with tons of options for a great day of work. The massive, university library-like space is fit for up to 200 people and split into several zones, including a reading room with bean bags and a break room. There are also private meeting rooms available for groups.

Il Bolognese, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon

Restaurant, Italian

Il Bolognese draws inspiration from the Italian city of Bologna, bringing authentic Italian pizzas, pastas, salads and seafood dishes to the Asian capital. The charming restaurant has set up its quarters in a soi close to Sathorn and features rustic walls, warm tones and traditional Italian accents, creating a balance between a laid-back eatery and an upscale dining experience. Next to a marvelously decorated dining room, visitors will find a wood-fired pizza oven as well as a large greenhouse. The professional staff serve tasty dishes with undiluted flavors made from premium ingredients; the friendly manager is known to frequently check the satisfaction of his customers personally. Il Bolognese offers two pizza menus, one featuring classic options such as Margherita and a special menu with pizzas made from artisanal dough. Toppings include imported buffalo mozzarella and Italian meats.

In a city that hardly sleeps, Bangkok was in need of a pizza joint that served up delicious pies late into the evening. Luckily for Bangkokians and tourists alike, Gallery Pizza finally made its way into the Italian scene in January 2016. This Italian restaurant is open late, delivering their delicious pies until 4 a.m. Only the freshest and best ingredients are used to make their pizzas, with some of their most noteworthy pies including their vodka pie (฿275/US$8), white garlic chicken (฿365/US$10.70), or their classic mouthwatering Margherita (฿265/US$7.75). Gallery Pizza also has an extensive wine menu of red and white wine that pair perfectly with their pies. Check out their promotion, where diners can order any two delivered pizzas for just ฿499 (US$14.60).

Sensi takes the view that all five senses are needed to truly appreciate a meal. From presentation to taste to olfactory attack, Sensi doesn’t apologize for the way they approach cuisine. It takes traditional dishes and adds a gastronomic twist, like a traditional homemade gnocchi in a gorgonzola, green apple rocket and red wine sauce. What’s more, the edgy, art-deco setting makes the ambiance perfect for a multi-course meal that has conflicting yet somehow perfectly aligned flavors.

Rocket Coffeebar S.12, Bangkok

Cafe, Asian, Thai, Vegetarian

The Rocket Coffebar is, without a doubt, one of Sathorn’s trendiest brunch spots. It quickly fills up during the morning hours with numerous hungry customers looking to get a bite of their tasty breakfasts. The minimalistic design and light wooden furniture create the perfect atmosphere and the spotless marble counter tops make the preparation of the fresh ingredients by the friendly staff look as amazing as the dishes taste. With its winning concept which combines wholesome food, freshly baked goods, quality coffee and the use of organic produce, the Rocket Coffeebar continuously pleases its customers and it’s hard not to keep coming back to taste its toast skagen and sip its sumptuous smoothies. This place is a winner any day or time of the week.

Koi Restaurant

Restaurant, Thai

A high end restaurant that serves fusion cuisine inspired by Japanese and Californian culinary traditions, Koi is an upbeat outlet that attracts a young and energetic crowd. The place has impeccable facilities and an ever courteous staff. Try the oven roasted Yellowtail, dressed in grape seed oil (carpaccio style) to give with a cup of sweet sake.
