Tangalle is the largest town in southern Sri Lanka, about 190km (118mi) from the capital, Colombo. It’s located in a protected bay and the beaches are sandy, making it a great holiday destination for families. Tangalle boasts a large rocky outcrop that mixes with the sand, creating beautiful spaces for relaxation and photo opps.
