Opened by a group of cousins who were looking for options outside of commercialised mainstream beer, they regularly rotate their list and have served over 800 unique types of craft beer from all over the world. The retail shop was opened by beer enthusiast Kennhyn Ang, who stocks the shelves with limited quantities of his favourite brews from cult brands. The Brew House

A new player in town, Brew House serves a winning combo of tasty locally-inspired dishes and cheap beer. They have jumped on the frozen beer bandwagon, and even better, offer them at affordable prices, starting from RM9.80 ($2.45). Start with some snacks; the Salted Egg Fish Skin goes down perfectly with a drink, or get the Porky Platter, which is great for sharing with friends. Judging by the crowd, Brew House has become a popular hangout spot for locals, so it’d be a good idea to make reservations before you drop by.

Tom, Dick & Harry’s

Conveniently located at Pavilion’s al-fresco dining stretch, you don’t have to go far to enjoy a pint in the city centre. It features the same tavern-like decor, hearty menu and friendly staff as the original branch in TTDI. On top of fantastic food and drink options, they also play host to some of the most funky bands in town. Expect to be thoroughly entertained here all night long.
