Cha Bar

Cha Bar is relaxed spot that combines two of the best things in life: food and books. The restaurant is an extension of the neighboring Oxford Bookstore and visitors can browse for books here while waiting for their food order from the varied menu at ChaBar. If you don’t want to eat, then read your new book over one of the teas from the long tea menu on offer.

Berco’s

Berco’s serves both Chinese cuisines and some Thai dishes too, and unlike many other Chinese restaurants, it specializes in authentic Chinese cookery, using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients. Try the chicken drumsticks, Singapore noodles and fruit beer (a refreshing highlight). The décor is inspired by Chinese culture too, with plenty of Chinese art and paintings decorating the walls.

Parikrama

Parikrama is the highest restaurant in the city, located some 240 feet above the streets, and the only revolving one too. Panoramic windows give you a range of spectacular views as you revolve, while dining on well-executed North Indian, Chinese or Mughal cuisine at the same time.

Pebble Street

With Happy Hours every day from 4pm till 8.30 pm, Pebble Street is one of the liveliest and happening places in Connaught Delhi. The most anticipated event though is the Saturday Bollywood nights, when Pebble Street encourages guests to let their hair down and break out the Bollywood moves.

Ardor

Ardor is a restaurant that transforms into a bar & lounge as the sun sets, with live jazz performers filling the space with music. The Host

The Host is a classic restaurant situated in the heart of Connaught Place. Harking back to the Old Delhi days it has kept its vintage furnishings and eclectic décor and is slightly retro inside. The food too is old-school, with authentic classic regional dishes all prepared with fresh ingredients and full of pungent spice.

Castle 9

Castle 9’s world cuisine is comprehensive, offeringmIndian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, American, Thai, Indonesian, Lebanese, Spanish and even Afghani style dishes. Highlights from the menu include the gosht rogan josh and the grilled fish. With its Pop Art-inspired décor, Castle 9 is a light and fun place for a light bite; visitors also have excellent views of Delhi through the large French windows.
