Hutong serves Beijing and Shandong cuisines. Here you can enjoy a view of Hong Kong Island whilst you eat brunch. Choose from traditional Chinese dim sums and snacks including: steamed buns or dumplings, pickled cucumbers, soy sauced gluten and shredded chicken, soy sauced fried noodles, fried fish pieces, chicken pieces and vegetarian spring rolls. The vegetarian dumplings filled with glass vermicelli, spinach and carrots are a must-try.

If you want to try authentic Shanghai-style dim sums, Din Tai Fung serves plenty of decent snacks, including the signature Xiaolongbao (steamed pork dumplings). Other popular dishes include the steamed vegetable and pork dumplings and the braised beef brisket noodle. Whilst you wait for a table, watch how the cooks prepare the dumplings through the kitchen windows.
