SEVVA

The concept and cuisine of SEVVA is a joint testament to both Hong Kong’s innate cultural diversity, and to the far-flung travels of founder Bonnae Gokson. Located in Hong Kong’s Central District, SEVVA consists of multiple dining areas which each offer a distinct ambiance, ranging from Ms B’s Sweets, a rose-hued patisserie bar, to the luminous, casual lounges of the Harborside and Bankside restaurants, and finally all the way up to the cozy-chic rooftop terrace with superb views of Hong Kong Harbor. The Pawn

Housed in an iconic former pawn shop on a site that dates back to 1888, The Pawn is a multi-level restaurant and bar which recently reopened in collaboration with Michelin-starred British chef Tom Aikens. Aikens is committed to using only the highest quality and most ethically sourced ingredients in his mix of traditional and modern British cuisine, which is served on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ area of the restaurant, and in the ‘Botanicals’ bar area. The ‘Farm’ area on the rooftop provides an event space for atmospheric open-air occasions, and a garden area for the chefs to grow the organic, sustainable produce used in their dishes, such as fresh sorrel, fennel and tomatoes.
