Agadir is one of the most beautiful beach cities in Morocco. While being close to the desert has its advantages, such as being able to enjoy camel rides, the high temperatures and sunny beach can be too much at times. This is why relaxing on a long chair by a cool swimming pool is the perfect solution!

The Sofitel is a famous chain of hotels across Morocco. In 2012, the Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa was opened. This 5-star property is located on the beach and boasts incredible views as well as three restaurants and a relaxing spa. This is the hotel located right next to the Sofitel on the beach, and it looks like a palace that is beautifully decorated with traditional Berber aesthetics. It has three restaurants, a jazz bar, and a spa where you can enjoy a traditional hammam and a massage. Compared to the last location, the price for a pool day pass at Palais des Roses is definitely more affordable. For 20€, you can chill on a long chair and also have a snack.
