Ride the Bullet Train and sing your heart out at karaoke in Tokyo

Japan’s high-tech rail network means that we can offer you an extensive Japan experience within just 12-days, jam-packed with unforgettable travel memories. We start with an introduction to Osaka before hopping onboard the Bullet Train to Hiroshima, where you’ll visit the Peace Park and Museum and hop on a ferry to Miyajima Island to visit an ancient Torri Gate. Then it’s onto the surreal woods of Arashiyama bamboo forest and the perfectly preserved old streets of Kyoto, where you’ll go on a geisha district tour. Next it’s up to the Japanese Alps for sake tasting and onsen (hot spring) soaking, with a stay at a traditional ryokan inn. We’ll cruise on Lake Ashi, with stunning views of Mount Fuji, before finally reaching Tokyo, where we’ll watch sumo wrestlers train, take a sushi-making class and sing our last night away in a neon-lit karaoke bar.

Snaps pics of the Pyramids and cruise down the Nile

Egypt must be one of the most bucket-listed destinations on Earth, and our nine-day North African adventure offers the ultimate Egyptian experience. You’ll get to know the lively streets of Cairo, visit the Great Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza and explore the brand new Grand Egyptian Museum. There’ll be plenty more tombs, temples and bustling bazaars to visit throughout our trip, but we’ll also treat you to a four night luxury cruise down the Nile.
