A beautiful seaside city in the touristy region of Marrakech, Essaouira attracts a lot of yearly visitors, as well as boasting a friendly local community. Le Chalet de la Plage boasts an ideal tranquil location right by the sea, and has been pleasing guests since 1893. It has since become a landmark in the city, and devotes itself in the daytime to typically Mediterranean cuisine, in particular succulent seafood, serving everything from oysters, to prawns, and even sea-urchins. Also boasting a popular bar area, guests can stick around after food to enjoy their best wine, Le Val d’Argan.
