Full of quaint parks and popular dining spots, Lincoln Park is north of the Loop, which makes it one of the best areas to catch breathtaking views of the glorious Chicago skyline.
Here’s a view from Cafe Brauer at the Lincoln Park Zoo.

It’s the perfect place to stop to get a bite to eat while enjoying an unbeatable view that combines nature and Chicago’s cityscape.

The full skyline can be seen from this quaint bridge overlooking the pond and boardwalk.

The pavilion itself is stunning, and the view is even more spectacular.

It is a thrill to see and feel the cars moving beneath you as you stand on the bridge above them, and of course, this is an amazing spot for an unobstructed view of Chicago’s skyline.

Another great spot is North Avenue Beach.

The walkway along the water is an ideal spot for a view of the entire skyline over Lake Michigan.

In addition, Castaways, which is nearby, is a lakeside bar and restaurant has an amazing rooftop, where you can eat and take in the views of the lake and the cityscape.

If you’re looking for more places with good food and a view, try the J. Parker Restaurant at the Lincoln Hotel Rooftop.

Day or night, this rooftop bar and restaurant is another wonderful option to sit and marvel at the skyline while also enjoying food and drinks. With its retractable roof, the J. Parker is open all year long.
