Located in the Northeast Los Angeles neighborhood of Eagle Rock is Leanna Lin’s Wonderland — an art gallery, jewelry-making workshop, toy store, and accessories boutique all in one. Owner Leanna Lin puts passion into curating the cute and creative wares that make up the whimsical storefront. In this exclusive Culture Trip interview, learn more about the business, Lin’s art treasures, and her personal tastes.

What is the biggest obstacle you have faced in business”

Besides running a tight ship, keeping up with the constant technology changes. I’ll be working on a project or just getting used to something and then it changes, updates, etc. You have to be able to adjust and go with the flow.
What is your dream project”

To work with Fafi on anything!

What’s next for the shop?

I’ve recently launched an online shop that I am excited to grow. I want more people to be able to enjoy all of the cuteness that I get to see everyday! Also, in 2016 Supahcute will be my gallery curator and we plan on expanding our group art shows.
How soon do you check your phone in the morning?

Pretty much first thing, as I get up and get going.

Which artwork do you have displayed in your living room?

I have a Shag from the late ’90s that was a gift from my husband back when we first started dating and a Loris Lora from the California Modernism show at Nucleus earlier this year. I am dreaming of adding this Axelhoney to my collection, though!
