Not every neighborhood can claim their own brasserie, but Salut is the local French bistro of 50th and France. Here, the head chef and head bartender create culinary cocktails tantalizing to taste, including the French Fizz, a drink made with Hendricks’s gin, Midori, honeydew-cilantro puree, honey and soda. Additionally, the restaurant celebrates classic recipes from Julia Child during “Monday Nights with Julia.”
