San Francisco is known for embracing health crazes, and the juicing trend is no exception. If you, like many San Franciscans, love to sip your way through fruits and veggies, be sure to check out our favorite spots for smoothies and juices around the city.

1. Sidewalk Juice

Sidewalk Juice is beloved for its all natural juices and smoothies, always made to order. The shop also offers kombucha juice blends, wheatgrass shots, ginger shots, and a variety of healthy snacks, ensuring health food junkies will have all their needs met. Visitors can even participate in a 3-day juice cleanse. It’s a juice shop located only in the Bay Area, with one location in Burlingame and two in San Francisco’s Mission district.

2. Happy Moose Juice

Happy Moose Juice is dedicated to extracting the the best of vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, and other nutrients to bottle for San Franciscans. The store specializes in organic cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices, as well as nut milks. The drinks are packaged in glass bottles to ensure freshness, and customers can return their bottles to the store in exchange for a two dollar bottle deposit refund. Happy Moose Juice is available in person at its pop-up juice bar in the Mission, but you can also order your juice for delivery on Postmates.

3. Juice Shop

Juice Shop provides drinks made of 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients from local organic farms. The drinks include raw cold-pressed juices and elixirs, served individually or in cleanse packages, and are designed to rid your body of toxins. The shop has locations all around the city, including in Cow Hollow, the Financial District, Hayes Valley, SoMa, the Mission, and even Marin. The Mission location on Valencia Street is a truck, rather than a brick and mortar location. Delivery services are also available.

4. Bebebar

Bebebar is an acaí and juice bar made popular thanks to its incredibly close proximity to the always-crowded Dolores Park. The Brazilian shop offers authentic Brazilian açaí, organic fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, pão de queijo, empanadas, bolo de mandioca, and Brazilian cappuccino and mate. The shop is locally owned and active in the community, featuring the Ella Gallery, which hosts a different local artist’s work each month. The inauguration of each new artist’s exhibit is celebrated with an in-store event that often features live music.

5. Living Greens

Living Greens works with only organic, environmentally-friendly ingredients, sourcing from local farms as often as possible. The company supports ‘a juicing lifestyle’ by offering a wide variety of juice packages and other healthy snacks. Cleanses include packages for one, three, or five days of varying intensity, as well as packages for specific circumstances, whether it’s preparing for a wedding or fighting a cold. Juices are also available a la carte. The store has two San Francisco locations, one in the Financial District and one in Bernal Heights, and delivery services are available, too.

Project Juice proudly provides plant-based foods and cold-pressed juices that are certified organic, GMO-free, locally sourced, and gluten free. Customers can order custom juice packs, including a variety of cold-pressed juices and wellness shots. The shop also offers an array of cleanses with the option to design your own, as well as wellness packs, some of which are designed specifically as cocktail mixers. The shop has locations all over California. San Francisco locations include shops in Hayes Valley, Mid-Market, Russian Hill, the Financial District, and the Mission. Delivery services are also available.

7. Pressed Juicery

Pressed Juicery makes its juices with the mission to provide delicious juice that is simple and affordable. The drinks come in the following categories, seasonal, greens, roots, citrus, fruits, signature, coffee, H2O, refreshers, and classics. One, three, and five day cleanses are available, in addition to samplers and subscriptions. Originating in Southern California, the juicery has locations all over the state. San Francisco locations include the Ferry Building, the Financial District, Noe Valley, and the Marina. Delivery is also available through DoorDash and Postmates.
