The City of Five Seasons? Cedar Rapids locals often joke about their ‘fifth season’ – the one during which you can expect any of the regular four to make an appearance. The second city in Iowa is a significant cultural hub, with the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art and the African American Museum of Iowa augmented by a calendar filled with events, such as the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival in June. Hotels in Cedar Rapids are in high demand during the holidays. Here’s our pick, bookable on Culture Trip.
