Sydney, Australia has some of the best views in the world, and its warm weather and beach setting make it a perfect place to live and vacation. With so many different restaurants boasting great views, it can be hard to decide where to go. We listed some of our favorites to help you make a decision.

Aria is an award-winning restaurant located at the Circular Quay. In addition to their award-winning menu, they also offer an extensive wine list. Their location on the edge of the Sydney Harbour and their full-length windows throughout the restaurant allows for some of the best views in Sydney.

Flying Fish

Located on the edge of Jones Wharf is the Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar. The restaurant boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the water, which are especially spectacular at night. With sparkling lights hanging down from the ceiling and a rustic-chic interior, the restaurant is intimate and romantic. Although the prices are steep, this is the perfect location for a special occasion.

Quay restaurant serves modern Australian cuisine, featuring gourmet and innovative offerings. Be sure to try their signature dishes, such as the Snow Egg and Eight-Textured Chocolate Cake. Enjoy their delicious cuisine while taking in views of the famous Opera House.

Iceberg’s Dining Room and Bar

Enjoy a seasonal menu influenced by Italian cuisine at Iceberg’s Dining Room and Bar. The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients including ‘sustainable seafood and artisan produced small-goods.’ Try out their special tasting menu or their Sunday brunch. Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay

For a great night out, come to Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay. The restaurant is located in a converted boathouse right on the water, and you can see ‘across Blackwattle Bay to the Anzac Bridge and Sydney Fish Market.’ The restaurant specializes in oysters, but also offers other seafood dishes. The intimate and romantic atmosphere makes this a great place for a special night out.
