Rockpool Bar & Grill is an upscale bar and grill located in a historical 1936 skyscraper. They are known for their wood-fired meats and seafood, and in addition to their delicious food, they offer one of the largest wine selections in Sydney. Their beef is sustainably and humanely sourced and is dry aged in their restaurant. Be sure to try their famous Wagyu Hamburger.

Chur Burger is a trendy burger restaurant that is popular with both the locals and visitors alike. They offer gourmet burgers at a great price: order one of their made-to-order burgers along with a refreshing milkshake or beer. The restaurant has a great casual, laid-back atmosphere.

Mary’s

This edgy restaurant offers one of the best burgers in Sydney. Mary’s is located in a converted warehouse and boasts an impressive menu. The interior of the restaurant has a rock n’ roll atmosphere and includes a graffiti wall – enjoy a beer with your meal and listen to the music playing throughout the restaurant. In addition to their burgers, they also offer delicious fried chicken.

Moo Gourmet Burgers

Moo Gourmet Burgers has multiple locations throughout Sydney (see the link below for which one is closest to you). The restaurant is casual and family-friendly. They offer burgers, shakes, and chips. They only use beef that is ‘ethically farmed, free range, free roam, and sustainable.’ Their menu consists of 20 different burger options as well as a few vegetarian options.

The Burger Project

The Burger Project is one of the newest additions to Sydney’s burger scene. The restaurant comes from the same masterminds of the Rockpool Bar & Grill. Although they have different atmospheres, both restaurants boast impeccable quality. Their beef is grass fed and locally sourced. The patties and ice cream are prepared daily. The Burger Project uses only the freshest ingredients.
