Clinton, PEI — $149,700

Prince Edward Island cottage

Vanderhoof, BC — $92,000

Located in a small town near Prince George in central British Columbia, this two bedroom A-framed cabin has been the current owners’ “home away from home” for over 10 years. It’s within walking distance from Cluculz Lake and has a galley kitchen, loft, and beautiful deck. The only downside to this rural escape is that there is no running water. However, according to the owners, the “neighbours have a great flowing well so there is a good water supply, and the outhouse gives a person the camping experience.”

Cherry Beach Resort, ON — $125,000

Located in Prince Edward County’s Cherry Valley, this cabin at Cherry Beach Resort is a great vacation home for Ontario residents. Only two years old, the cabin features two bedrooms, a full-sized kitchen, and a large outdoor living area with its own flat screen television. Amenities at the waterfront resort include a saltwater pool, sandy beach, children’s playground, and tennis and basketball courts. It’s also minutes away from world-renowned Sandbanks Provincial Park.

Grand Bay-Westfield, NB — $99,900

This waterfront cabin has a lot of positives. It’s only five minutes from the village, or a 20-minute drive from Saint John. The cabin is also surrounded by large trees, so it is very private. It has its own beach, and there is shallow water close to the shoreline, which is perfect for launching small boats or kayaks. The cabin is being sold with all furniture, and although it’s currently used as a three-season house, the current owner believes it could be converted into a year-round property.

Bellmere Winds Resort, ON — $80,900

A Great Blue Resort like Cherry Beach Resort, Bellmere Winds Resort is currently selling many cottages for a steal. Phase 2 of the development is currently under way, with prices beginning from $80,900. The waterfront resort is located on Rice Lake, and is less than two hours north of Toronto. There is an onsite 18-hole championship golf course, as well as a pool, sports courts, playground, and sandy beach.
