Started by college friends Christopher Hollowell and Dan Dunbar, Dun-Well Doughnuts began as an answer to the lack of vegan doughnuts available in NYC. After watching a Simpson’s episode that focused on Homer’s love for this treat, Christopher was inspired to call up Dan and discuss dessert – and the rest is history. Dun-Well Doughnuts has a doughnut for everyone – from Peanut Butter & Jelly to Root Beer, Maple Blueberry, Boston Cream, Smores and around 200 more. Take the L train to the Montrose station for doughnut heaven.

Momofuku Milk Bar

Momofuku Milk Bar is a sweet lovers dream turned into reality. MomofukuMilk Bar, sibling establishment of Momofuku Ssam Bar and Momofuku Noodle Bar created by chef-founder David Chang, serves up some next-level desserts such as chocolate malt cake truffles, candy bar pie, cornflake marshmallow cookies, and cereal milk soft serve ice cream. Just off the Lorimer L and Metropolitan G stations, Momofuku Milk Bar is a great place to stop in and stock up – one is never enough here.

OddFellows

After a visit to the Williamsburg Flea or a walk around North Williamsburg, OddFellows Ice Cream Co.’s Kent Ave. flagship location is a great place to stop in to satisfy any ice cream craving. OddFellows serves up a rotation of 12 homemade ice cream flavors, which may include Oatmeal Cookie Dough, Pecan Pie, Caramel Chocolate Toffee and many more.You can also find old fashioned banana splits, sundaes, milkshakes, soda floats and ice cream sandwiches on their menu.

Patisserie Tomoko

Tomoko, a Japanese-French fusion bakery and dessert bar located on Union Avenue in Williamsburg, was started in 2012 by pastry chef Tomoko Kato. On the search to create inspirational new desserts, Tomoko took her culinary skill, passion for sweets and unique taste and created Patisserie Tomoko. Desserts are beautifully presented and may include mochi (Japanese traditional rice flour sweets), macarons, savory breads, pastries and more. For those who are indecisive when choosing dessert, do not worry – both standard (two course) and premium (three course) dessert menus are available and can also be accompanied with wine, coffee and tea.
