Tribeca, the trendy area between SoHo and the Financial District, is full of nice brunch spots. These spots are perfect for loading up on waffles and fluffy egg dishes.

Bubby’s Tribeca

A no-frills brunch spot in Tribeca with good food, big portions, and perfectly crafted cocktails is just what the doctor ordered. Bubby’s is a classic American brunch spot that offers interesting interpretations on brunch classics, like the eggs, bacon, and cheese with burrata. Their buttermilk biscuits are out of this world, with homemade butter and jam. On top of all the great diner classics, the service is top notch.

Locanda Verde

The unspoken brunch rule at Locanda Verde is when in doubt, go for ricotta. The sheep’s milk ricotta toast is perfect. The ricotta is whipped and super fluffy and served with a delightful truffle honey on burnt orange toast. It’s surprisingly addictive. Locanda Verde is a perfect elegant brunch spot to impress out-of-towners or enjoy a classy girl’s brunch out. They take reservations, so there’s no insane brunch line.

The Odeon

The Odeon Restaurant is the classic brunch spot with all the brunch favorites like some pretty great Bloody Marys, eggs Benedict, omelets, and a spinach and artichoke quiche. What really puts Odeon on the map is the tuna burger. It’s tender and flavorful, nearly mind-blowing. Also, the fries are nothing to shake a stick at, and their cheesecake is classic and topped with raspberry sauce.

Nobu Next Door

This chic sushi spot has moved next door from some quality brunch. Nobu Next Door is serving a spin on traditional brunch classics, like the bagel and lox, which is salmon on a crispy rice bagel with aioli instead of cream cheese. It’s perfect for sharing, and the rice cake provides a nice crunch. Their chicken and waffles, which is chicken karaage and green tea waffles with yuzu syrup, is amazing. The chicken is perfectly cooked with a yummy yuzu syrup. Like Nobu, the place next door is professional and inviting.

Distilled

Distilled is the perfect brunch spot for the family or for a relaxed brunch in the upscale pub. The food is creative and delicious, and the space is big and airy. They’re most known for their country-fried duck and waffle, which is perfect. The duck is country-fried so it’s soft and flaky, not greasy, and the waffle is moist and flavorful. It’s the perfect combination. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They offer free popcorn with a dusting of salty and sweet spice, which is the perfect thing to nosh on while waiting for food or enjoying a Bloody Mary.

The Red Cat

The Red Cat is a trendy, self-declared Food Hall with a nice, welcoming decor. It’s busy, but the staff is very accommodating in terms of dietary restrictions and large parties. The bacon, onion, and cheddar quiche is amazing, leaving customers wanting more. The fried eggs are also out of this world, and served with a crispy polenta-pork cake and a small arugula salad.

Landmarc

Landmarc is a Tribeca landmark with a comfortable noise level for a business lunch or friendly brunch. Their brunch cocktails, Bellinis and Bloody Marys are perfect. The menu is varied with something for everyone, ranging from classics to modern creations. They are known for their bone marrow, which is served with three huge beef bones, toast, sea salt, and chutney. The pain perdu is equally divine and not too sweet, with powdered sugar, creamy vanilla breading, and a side of syrup, although the egg dishes also shouldn’t be overlooked.

The Añejo

Two words: bottomless brunch. The Añejo has a brunch that is off the charts with mojitos and margaritas. Their pancakes are light and fluffy with a dulce de leche sauce and plantains. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff is attentive. The food is rich and flavorful with spice but not too much spice, and the menu is diverse with something for everyone. A bottomless brunch with good food and free flowing drinks can’t be missed. It’s the perfect way to fuel up for a day of shopping in SoHo.

Marc Forgione

Marc Forgione’s Tribeca joint serves a lovely brunch. The restaurant is located on a cute street that has a contemporary feel while still feeling rustic. They offer a bottomless Mimosa brunch on weekends, which is hard to turn down. The French toast is maybe one of the best in the city. The thick bread nearly melts in your mouth, and it’s sweet with bananas, candied walnuts, maple syrup, and whipped cream.
