Where to Enjoy Outdoor Film Screenings in Washington, D.C. This Summer

Warm summer nights are here, which means you can sit out at dusk and watch award-winning films, classic fan favorites, and kid-friendly movies around Washington, D.C. Grab a blanket, pack a picnic, and round up your movie-loving friends to catch some of the free outdoor movie screenings in the area.
At the NoMa Summer Screen, movies start at sunset and are screened with subtitles, and visitors are encouraged to bring chairs to the asphalt site. Doors open at 7p.m. with giveaways, food trucks, picnics, and great films under the stars.
