Are you still looking for your Royal Wedding invitation? So are we. But one pop-up bar (PUB) in Washington, D.C. is bringing the pomp and circumstance of the Royal Wedding to the U.S. of A. Cure your wedding fever with some British cocktails and pretend you’re there with Instagrams from within the recreated St. George’s Chapel.

The Royal Wedding PUB will run from Friday, May 4th to Sunday, May 20 at 1839 7th Street NW Washington, D.C. 20001.

You’ll feel like a tourist when entering the redesigned space. Drink Company’s special projects team Matt Fox and Adriana Salame-Aspiazu added a vaulted ceiling and hand-carved columns to mimic the chapel. Faux stained glass windows have authentic coats of arms for members of the Order of the Garter. Additionally, there is a gilded throne room. In a statement, Fox said this was the most detail-oriented PUB yet.

Guests have a chance to take a bit of the magic home with them, with a raffle for a replica of the Royal couple’s lemon elderflower wedding cake–baked by the official British Embassy chef. The winner will be announced on the last day of the PUB.

The drinks

‘When Harry Met Meghan’ combines Scotch, bananas and ginger. It is one of 11 Royal Wedding, handcrafted cocktails

Choose from 11 new, wedding-inspired cocktails, British brews and spirits, and wine from Markle’s home state of California. We recommend the “God Save the Queen” martini, which comes with a souvenir crown. If you are a fan of the American Princess, you can’t go wrong with the Markle Sparkle, a mix of rose cider and edible glitter.

The day of the Royal Wedding, the bar will open at 6:30 a.m. for a live screening. You will need to get tickets ahead of time to gain entry. The wedding will start at 7 a.m. ET and alcohol will begin flowing at 8 a.m. Proceeds from the tickets will go to the Invictus Games Foundation, a cause Prince Harry is very fond of.

How to get in

The bar is open Sunday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. There are no reservations, and bouncers do not accept bribes. As with all of Drink Company’s PUBs, expect to wait in line. Mid-week days are less busy than weekends. While waiting you can draft a letter to the happy couple, as the PUB has a mailbox inside. Later, the British Embassy will deliver the notes to Kensington Palace.
