There’s not a hint of rustic stone or wood in urban-style rooms warmly decorated in shades of gray and mustard. The all-day dining space has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can keep admiring those tree-lined grounds as you chow down on your juicy steak on the patio if the weather’s good. When it’s time to strap your ski boots on, you’re barely 2mi (3km) from the Steamboat Springs Ski Resort.
