The site dates back to the 15th century and still has some of its original features, such as old oak beams, mullion windows and a panelled stone frontage. The George and Pilgrim has 14 well-decorated, atmospheric rooms, but the hotel’s main draws are its historic pub and its prime location. Spend some time enjoying a meal, or sample each of the pub’s traditional ales after a day exploring Glastonbury.
