The Warwick Rowers Calendar Is Back To Fight Homophobia
Yes boys and gals, the new Warwick Rowers Calendar has hit the shelves and it’s making us all really thirsty. Here’s why…
In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last seven years, these dreamy boys make up the Warwick Rowers Club.
The first Warwick Rowers Calendar launched in 2009 as an awareness campaign to promote positive, inclusive and respectful attitudes towards people of all genders, races and sexualities.
Though the calendar is already extremely popular amongst straight women and gay men, this year the guys want you to know that it’s for everyone.
To date, it has raised oodles of cash for the Sport Allies charity to support members of the LGBTQ communities. All the profits made go to really awesome causes and the calendar uses nudity to make a serious point about the people marginalised throughout the sporting world.
The rowers now have more than 100,000 followers on Instagram and have even gone as far as the States to promote LGBT tourism to the UK.
I mean, we’re not surprised by the numbers, just look at these saucy pictures below.
