The Salt Room works in tune with its seafront location making the most of the fruits of the sea, specialising in fish and seafood dishes. With unblocked coastal views and offering the freshest fish money can buy, this is a great spot to come and make the most of Brighton’s seaside. For those less keen on fish, The Salt Room also offers up great steaks.

The Lion & Lobster is a welcoming and unpretentious pub which serves good traditional British food. Starters include smoked mackerel and a variety of soups, while mains include some pub staples such as roast pork and pies.
