You’ll find it in the sleepy rural parish of Castel, surrounded by green fields and a 15-minute stroll from the west coast beaches. This 19th-century mansion is one of the oldest hotels on the island and has been run by the same family since the 1920s. It’s clung onto much of its original character while adding holiday-friendly facilities, such as a lovely garden pool.
