If you’re looking for some new style inspiration, or want to learn about current fashion trends in northern Europe, make sure to check out the following awesome fashion blogs from the Netherlands.

Style Has No Size

Dutch stylist Edith Dohman started blogging under the title Style Has No Size (or SHNS for short) in 2011 to create a platform for women who wear plus-size clothing. The blog regularly highlights new releases by major fashion brands that are available in diverse sizes, and publishes many other articles that acknowledge and report on topics relating to body positivity.

Hashtag By Lily

This globetrotting fashion blog follows its creator, Amsterdam-based Lily Tjon, as she travels around the world (or stays in her home city) while dressed in stunning outfits created by internationally acclaimed fashion houses. Even though Lil’ only started blogging a few years ago, she’s already garnered legions of followers and continues to create accessible content that highlights contemporary developments within the fashion world.

Fashionlista is a community-driven platform that combs through dozens of blogs and Instagram feeds, to gather together the hottest items currently trending on social media. As every item featured on Fashiolista’s feed is linked to external websites, the platform allows users to discover new clothes, then purchase them online. Although their website is currently under development (as of January 2018), Fashionlista will launch a new platform in the near future, that promises to provide fashion lovers with an abundance of on-trend outfit ideas.

CommeDesLeroi

After launching CommeDesLeroi in 2008 as a way to share his insights on fashion, travel and lifestyle PR guru Leroy Aznam steadily developed the blog into a popular resource for streetwear connoisseurs. Although CommeDesLeroi frequently includes posts covering men’s lifestyle products and other modern essentials, the blog alsopays special attention towards contemporary trends within streetwear and covers newsworthy stories related to underground music, modern tech and sports.

StyleScrapbook

Mexican stylist Andy Torres started blogging in Amsterdam around 2007 after moving to the Netherlands several years before. Since then, she has amassed an impressive number of followers due to her exemplary sense of style, and worked with many internationally renowned fashion brands including Kipling, Mango and H&M. Although StyleScrapbook’s content still heavily revolves around fashion, the blog now features subsections dedicated to other cultural spheres such as music, travel and food.

Negin Mirsalehi

Fashionista, blogger and jetsetter Negin Mirsalehi was recently named ‘Influencer of the Year’ at the Revolve awards and currently has well over four million Instagram followers. Negin documents her glamorous lifestyle via an incredibly well-curated website and frequently creates posts about luxurious fashion, beauty and lifestyle items. Almost every post on Negin’s blog is accompanied by a detailed description of each featured item or outfit alongside links to an exclusive, external web shop.

The Avantguardian

A tax lawyer-turned stylist and photographer named Igrien curates this stunning blog and regularly updates its feed with fashion, beauty and lifestyle tips that are accompanied by gorgeous, almost minimalistic images that wouldn’t look out of place inside a glossy magazine. While the Avantguardian’s photography definitely deserves applause, Igrien’s charming written content also contributes significantly to the blog’s appeal and matches perfectly with the website’s sophisticated tone.

Roos Notes

This popular, Dutch language blog showcases awesome, on-trend outfit ideas created by the website’s main contributor Roos. Her styling choices always look incredible, but are nonetheless affordable and easy enough to replicate at home. Roos usually details where she purchased the items featured on her blog and often bases her outfits around a trending or classic piece of clothing, such as white Converse sneakers, denim jackets or woollen winter coats.

Menswear by MW

This suave fashion and lifestyle blog showcases trending menswear items and offers detailed advice about styling. Although the blog’s creator, Marco Wallenburg, has an eye for modern designs, his sense of style generally gravitates towards classic, evergreen items such as tailored suits, luxury watches and rugged outwear. Aside from fashion tips and reviews, the blog also features travel stories written by Marco alongside some pretty enviable photography.

Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in.

Culture Trip launched in 2011 with a simple yet passionate mission: to inspire people to go beyond their boundaries and experience what makes a place, its people and its culture special and meaningful — and this is still in our DNA today. We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.

Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.

Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.

We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
