They provide a six or ten course tasting menu, which changes according to the seasons, and the dishes are original and innovative. Sashimi of char merges slices of char into crayfish with dill, daikon relish and tapioca crisps.

Riche is located near the Nobis Hotel. There are three separate sections, the most popular of which is the restaurant. The cuisine is a mix of French and Swedish: toast skagen and biff rydberg are the most outstanding dishes. The walls and windows are full of artworks and Riche regularly hosts contemporary artists and live music performances.
