From vinyasa flow and hatha to hot and bikram yoga, you are sure to find a studio in Luxembourg with classes that fit your needs. Whether you’re a complete novice or a yoga aficionado, Culture Trip has put together a list of the most noteworthy yoga studios that are sure to help you find your inner Zen.
House of Yoga offers a wide array classes in yoga, barre, pilates and every combination in between. Located just outside the city in the neighbourhood of Strassen, the studio offers body flying classes that involve the use of a yoga trapeze to help induce inversion therapy, provide deeper yoga back bends, and strengthen your upper body and core. The PiYo class is a fusion between pilates and yoga and will help to stretch, align and strengthen your entire body. With such a variety of options, it’s no wonder House of Yoga is one of the most popular yoga studios in Luxembourg.
Yogaloft has two locations in Luxembourg, both of which offer a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Each features a boutique studio space with modern interiors that are sure to delight the senses. While all of their 30 weekly classes are taught in English, some are even offered in French and German. Yogaloft offers a special promotion for newcomers in which they can take any two classes for only €25.
Hot Box Yoga is a studio of evolution. The studio began by teaching bikram yoga but then added hot barre and warm hatha vinyasa classes to their schedule. The “hot” classes are taught in a studio that is heated 40 degrees Celsius with top-of-the-line infrared heaters, humidifiers and airflow exchange systems. Hot Box Yoga also hosts weekend workshops conducted by previous world champions in yoga posture competitions. Classes are offered in both group and private formats for practitioners of all levels.
YogaBalance, a bright and cheerful studio located in Kirchberg, offers a range of yoga classes, workshops and retreats to help you find your inner Zen. First-time visitors can drop in to any of their 10 classes for only €13 each. YogaBalance even offers classes for kids and pre-teens, adding to this studio’s family-friendly environment.
If you’re looking for a wide variety of yoga classes, La Source has got you covered. With two locations in the city center and five locations in its immediate surroundings, a La Source studio is never far. They offer 40 weekly yoga courses to help you restore your sense of inner balance and harmony. While the studio suggests you participate in one to two weekly courses to maximize the beneficial effects of yoga, you can drop in for any of their classes for as low as €18 for a 90-minute session.
Located near the city center, Well-Being Luxembourg offers 10 unique yoga classes in their relaxing and aesthetic studio. Their Family Acroyoga class combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage into one. The class offers an opportunity for families to play, bond, and connect with their bodies and is available to families with children between the ages of three and 12.
BYLU Yoga lies just outside the city center in Limpertsberg and offers Bikram yoga classes that are designed to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ in the body. This is achieved by following a sequence of 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room. There’s no need to be intimidated by the 26 postures — these classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of athletic background or age. This modern, spacious studio offers a minimalist design to help you focus on becoming grounded and balanced.

Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in.
Culture Trip launched in 2011 with a simple yet passionate mission: to inspire people to go beyond their boundaries and experience what makes a place, its people and its culture special and meaningful — and this is still in our DNA today. We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.
Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.
We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
