This centre was set up by Salzburgian Eva, a fully qualified yoga teacher who previously practised as a lawyer before setting up her own studio. Move and Flow

Move and Flow is the only centre in Salzburg to offer ‘aerial yoga’ classes, a challenging new fitness trend that involves practising your moves while dangling from the ceiling, cited by The New Yorker as the ‘best new fitness training programme of the year’.
