Want to get out of the heat for a while? Here are the top places to have fun without the sun while you’re in Dubai.

Dubai offers a couple of different options for bowlers. Look no further than escape rooms—a game where you find clues and solve puzzles in order to escape the room that you’re locked in before time runs out. Sega Republic is an indoor amusement park located in Dubai Mall. This theme park is paradise for small adventures or if you’re looking for a thrill. Sega Republic features include video games, table sports, wall climbing, carnival rides, and 4D rides.

The Emirates A380 Experience

Try taking the largest passenger airplane out for a spin. Located in Dubai Mall (next to Sega Republic) is an authentic Emirates Airline A380 simulator. Navigate your way through different situations with help from your copilot (instructor) and get the plane safely on the ground in one of 12 exotic destinations.

Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo

The Dubai Aquarium is home to 140 different species of marine life, while the the Underwater Zoo has 40 different aquatic displays. Walk through the aquarium tunnel, swim with 300 different types of sharks and rays, and then get up close and personal with crocodiles and penguins at the zoo.

IMG is the largest indoor amusement park in the world, with plans of expanding further. This theme park is currently home to adventure zones from Marvel, Cartoon Network, and Lost Valley-Dinosaur Adventure. This a great day out for adults as well as children who are above 1.25 meters tall (the height restriction for most of the rides).
