A geological marvel of honeycombed soft stone, Cappadocia seems made for back-to-basics living. You won’t find anything primitive about the region’s cave hotels, though: they’ve been brought into the 21st century with free wifi, saunas and gyms. Here’s our pick of cave hotels when you’re heading for a visit to the Cappadocia region.
