While the café doesn’t open until the afternoon during the week, remaining open until late for those who want dinner, drinks, and a dance, the weekend brunch menu has a selection of dishes with American, French, and Swiss influences. Choices include the croquet truffle, chicken satay, cheese and meat platters, sausage and eggs, croissants, and brie and walnut with crusty bread. Push the boat out and have a tasty cocktail too.

There’s a cheese and meat room and the buffet includes sushi, Thai favourites, seafood, Indian tandoori, Beijing duck, Italian pizzas and pastas, steak, and more. Cocktails, wine, and other drinks are included in the package price (a cheaper package is available without alcoholic drinks). The buffet tables are laden with a selection of some of the restaurant’s popular Cantonese dishes, including spring rolls, dumplings, soups, sweet and sour pork, tofu and mushroom in oyster sauce, seafood crispy noodles, and beef with peppercorn and soy sauce. Two packages are available, one with free-flow wine and the other with no alcoholic beverages included.
