The Shinagawa Prince Hotel’s 39th floor North Bar offers panoramic views of the city including Rainbow Bridge, Roppongi Hills and the skyscrapers of Shinjuku. Their cocktail prices are very reasonable by Tokyo’s sky bar standards, at about half of what you’d expect to pay. Private rooms are available.

HO-bar is a wine bar in Higashi-oi, near Oimachi Station. Their seasonal patio is great for summer nights and the friendly staff will make sure you feel welcome. They also do Italian-Japanese cuisine, and it goes well with the wine list.
