It’s a known fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, starting your trip in and around Kutaisi fully energized is a must. And to make your search for best breakfast spots in town easier, we came up with the list for you.

If you are looking for a good, filling breakfast, check out Hacker-Pschorr. You can have breakfast from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Fried eggs (or omelet), bacon, fried tomato, olives, toasted bread, jam, cheese plate, walnuts with dried fruits, tea, bread and freshly squeezed juice is just one plate of options. The prices range from 8 to 15 lari, depending on the options you choose.

However, if you want something lighter, Hacker-Pschorr offers a banana and chocolate crepe with tea.

2. Bar-restaurant Palaty

Restaurant, European, Georgian

Bar-restaurant Palaty offers breakfast from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Here you can choose from three different options. The most simple one includes eggs, sausage, cucumber and tomato, bread, butter, olives, sour cream, and coffee or tea, costing only 7 Lari. However, if you’d like a more filling breakfast, you can go with the other two, one which includes the offerings in the first options, plus jam, bacon, and seasonal fruits.

The restaurant also offers various toasts with bacon, chicken, sausage or cheese. For a sweet tooth, they have crepes with different fillings — and cakes too.

3. Wine Bar - Sapere

You’ll have a wide range of options, including Eggs Benedict with bacon and a green salad for 9 Lari, an omelet with salmon fillet for 8 Lari or omelet with vegetables for 8 Lari. And if you partied hard in Kutaisi and have a hangover, order Khinkali soup.

4. Tea House Foe-Foe
