Created by well-established teachers Sabine and Uma Sundari, this modern centre has evolved to become one of the most popular in the city. Although located in the heart of Salzburg, the studio is a space of peace and calm. There are a variety of courses, including discount student options and classes suitable for beginners.

Spiraldynamik Center für Yoga und Bodymind

This centre was set up by Salzburgian Eva, a fully qualified yoga teacher who previously practised as a lawyer before setting up her own studio. The workshops combine yoga and ‘spiradynamik’ (an anatomically and functionally based concept of human position and movement coordination) for ultimate flexibility.

Move and Flow

Move and Flow is the only centre in Salzburg to offer ‘aerial yoga’ classes, a challenging new fitness trend that involves practising your moves while dangling from the ceiling, cited by The New Yorker as the ‘best new fitness training programme of the year’. Combining acrobatics and basic yoga moves, this unusual form promises to ‘stimulate the cardiovascular system’ and increase flexibility.
